Recently refurbished, this holiday home is perfectly located for quick and easy access to the delights of central Pattaya, the quiet Jomtien Beach, and is within walking distance of bars, restaurants, mini supermarkets and a local market. With the relaxed atmosphere and all-round comfort offered inside Villa Fiesta, however, you will be in no rush to leave it too quickly.

Large villa with swimming pool for rent, east side of Pattaya
Villa Fiesta is a 7 bedroom holiday home made for an easy-going holiday. Located in a quiet village, there is no passing traffic to worry about as the villa is at the end of a small street with no through access. The impression of calm is immediate as you enter the premise; moreover, you will find a communal pool, bar and restaurant only a minutes’ stroll away. The villa also features a private pool with loungers and seated areas, giving guests many relaxation options in the nearest vicinity.
Villa Fiesta features a pool table, bar with a couple of bar stools, wall-mounted TV and sound system as well as a large fridge/freezer to keep those drinks cold. A superb bonus is the purpose-built BBQ kitchen with grills and hotplates that are perfect for sizzling a few steaks and burgers. The pool area is partly open to Pattaya’s glistening blue skies and makes for a sublime barbecue setting.
The villa’s lounge features large sofas with side tables where you can kick back in the air-conditioned area while watching the wall-mounted flat-screen television (which can also be viewed from the dining area). A fully fitted kitchen can be accessed either from the dining space that seats 14, or the swimming pool area.
There are 7 bedrooms at the villa, sleeping 14 persons in total. Four bedrooms are behind the dining area, two are off the 1st spiral staircase in the bar area, and the 7th bedroom has its own spiral staircase entrance at the opposite end of the swimming pool. Each room has a king size bed, side table with matching wardrobe, flat-screen TV and direct access to an en suite bathroom.
Pattaya holiday villa on Soi Khao Noi
A two-minute walk from the villa brings guests to the communal swimming pool and open-air bar serving food. Golfers are perfectly placed for lots of courses on this side of town, and the nearest is probably the most famous: Siam Country Club with its highly respected Old Course that can be reached in just 10 minutes. The vibrant centre of Pattaya offers an excellent choice of shopping, restaurants, beach and famous night time entertainment of Walking Street; it takes about 10 minutes by car to get there. The East side of the city also hosts a wide variety of attractions, making half- and full-day excursions easily accessible.
