别墅的二楼设有另外两间卧室和和浴室套间。其中一个小一点的卧室配有双人床，还有警报系统。另外一间卧室配有超大号双人床和一个衣柜；此外还有一个可爱的露台，设有按摩浴缸和用餐区。两间卧室都又不透明的玻璃门，电视，空调和吊扇。
从位于别墅一楼的露台进入，您会看见一个碧绿的游泳池在左侧。靠近用一次的是开放式的生活区，配有沙发，吊顶式电视和餐桌。花岗岩装饰的典雅的欧式厨房以黑白搭配为主要色调，厨房的设施齐全，包括一个大冰箱，洗碗机，2个煤气炉，电炉，烤箱，微波炉，咖啡壶。
