The house is basically separated into 3 main houses/self-contained units that all have bedrooms, lounges and even kitchens, which offers privacy while still being part of the same villa, which is great if you are 3 families who want to share but also need privacy.
The garden is large and spacious, coming with a private swimming pool, a wood deck terrace, a bar area, a BBQ unit and a total of 18 seats, both in covered and uncovered areas. This is the ultimate place to relax on holiday.
The villa has 11 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, 3 lounge areas and kitchens, making this one of the biggest and most spacious Pattaya villas you will find.

Accommodation
Beds
There are 11 bedrooms, all but one having access to ensuite bathrooms. 10 of the bedrooms have double beds and televisions, with the remaining bedroom comes with twin beds. All the bedrooms have wardrobes and air-conditioning and are spread over 3 separate yet interconnecting buildings with 3 bedrooms in the 1st building, 4 in the 2nd and 4 in the 3rd building. This allows you to have privacy while at the same time enjoying your holiday together. The majority of the bedrooms also have balconies.
Baths
There are 10 bathrooms throughout the villa, most of which are ensuite or connected to a bedroom in one way or another. The unique part about this villa is that each bathroom has its own bathtub. All bathrooms also come equipped with showers, toilets and wash basins.
Kitchen
There are 3 kitchens throughout the villa, with the main kitchen in the living space of the 1st building coming with appliances that include a rice cooker, 4-ring electric stove, refrigerator and kettle. The kitchen in the 2nd building has a refrigerator, kettle, a blender and a 4-ring electric stove. In the 3rd building, you will find a cozy kitchenette with a fridge, kettle and 2-ring electric stove.
Living Room
Again, with this villa there are 3 lounge areas. The 1st building’s lounge comes with a 6-seat wicker sofa, a 50-inch LG flat-screen TV and a coffee table. The 2nd building’s lounge is located on the 2nd level and has wrap-around balconies and also has a flat-screen TV and a wicker sofa. The lounge in the 3rd building is slightly cozier and also has a sofa and a 32-inch Sharp TV. All televisions have access to international channels.
Dining Room
As there are 3 main buildings, you will also find many places to dine throughout the villa. There is a dining table in each building and also a large dining table on the covered area of the wood deck terrace so you can dine at poolside.
