Four Bedroom Villa at Kathu
The layout of this amazing four-bedroom villa provides the ultimate in privacy. Three separate buildings combine to form a courtyard area creating a secluded place to relax. A tall perimeter wall lines the luscious garden, adding extra privacy.
In the middle of the courtyard area is a large, 12-meter swimming pool always inviting you for a swim. The villa interior is just as welcoming—each room has its own air-conditioning and plenty of shade.
For families with a baby, there is a baby cot available. The villa can sleep a total of 8 people.
The management office is conveniently close to the villa for anything you may require. If you feel like playing golf, there are two golf courses nearby where you'll receive 20-30% off for being a guest at the villa. The exciting nightlife of Patong is also easily accessible by car, as are all the major shopping centers in Phuket City.
Kathu, Central Phuket
Set on the west side of Phuket, this lovely villa is just 10 minutes from the excitement of Patong (15 minutes to Patong Beach) and around 15 minutes from Phuket Town, both of which boast some of the most exquisite restaurants on the island.
The Loch Palm golf course is just a short walk from the villa and the Red Mountain course is a short drive.
Major shopping centers like Tesco Lotus, Central Festival, HomeWorks and Big C are just a 5-10 minute drive away. The east coast is within 10-15 minutes on the modern highway. There you will find the two main marinas, Boat Lagoon and Royal Phuket Marina, offering boat tours and excursions.

Beds
Three bedrooms share the same building as the living/dining/kitchen areas. They all have double beds, a sofa bed, air-conditioning, carpets, wardrobe/storage features and side-cabinets. The first bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and an in-room safe to keep your valuables secure. The other two bedrooms share an ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has bunk beds that are great for kids. This bedroom has wardrobe space, air-conditioning and a storage cupboard containing a baby cot. The whole villa can accommodate 8 people plus a baby.Baths
The villa has three bathrooms. The Master Bedroom and children’s room both have their own ensuite bathrooms. The Master ensuite bedroom has a bathtub, shower, western toilet and wash basin. The Children’s bathroom has a shower, wash basin and toilet. The other two bedrooms share an ensuite bathroom that has a bathtub, wash basin, toilet and shower. The guest bathroom is conveniently located next to the kitchen and comes equipped with a toilet and wash basin.Kitchen
The western style kitchen has all the Mod-cons you could ask for, including an electric stove with 4 rings/oven/ventilator, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, mixer, double sink, lots of cupboards and many sets of dishes/cutlery. The connecting utility room has a washing machine, iron/board, toilet and sink. A laundry service and daily maid/gardener are available from the office and room services at the Loch Palm restaurant, which is open from 8am-6pm.Living Room
The luxurious living area is where you’ll be able to lounge around on soft sofa chairs and watch satellite TV and the large TV. There is also a DVD player with a state of the art speaker system so you can always watch the programming of your choice. There is a Thai-inspired low coffee table to rest your drinks on, as well as a desk and small rugs. The lounge also has fantastic views of the garden and pool, which is right outside, for easy access. The pool is surrounded by 4 wooden sun loungers, ideal for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade and there is also a covered mobile BBQ unit for when you feel like grilling up a dish.Dining Room
