Fun 7-bedroom villa for rent in East Pattaya
Located on a quiet side street in East Pattaya, just 3 km from Sukhumvit Road and 6.5 km from the beach, Villa Patiharn is a also favourite because of its proximity to restaurants and bars. This is a great villa for large groups due to its expansive capacities - in a standard form, it sleeps 14 people across the seven bedrooms. However, there is the option of adding three extra single beds and two sets of bunk beds. In this configuration, the villa can sleep up to 21 people. Single bed is charged at 500 THB per bed per night, and bunk bed at 500 THB per set per night.
When entering the grounds of this two-storey villa, you are greeted by a roofed terrace that borders the private swimming pool. There is also a covered games terrace with a pool table, table tennis table, BBQ set and a dart boards, perfect for groups of friends travelling together. The main lounge area and kitchen are located on the upper level, and there is a smaller lounge area with a bar downstairs close to the pool and covered terrace/ game area.
There are 7 bedrooms in total throughout this villa, spread over two floors. Six of the bedrooms have king-size double beds, while the remaining bedroom has two single beds. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning, and en suite bathrooms or close proximity to a bathroom. All of the bedrooms also have flat-screen TVs. There are 6 bathrooms in total, all of which have showers, toilets and wash basins. Four of the bathrooms are en suite, although all the bedrooms can easily access a bathroom.
The main kitchen area is positioned next to the lounge on the upper level and it has a great selection of appliances such as a microwave, refrigerator, toaster, rice cooker, tea and coffee making options, a 4-ring stove and extractor fan. The dining room is next to the lounge and is home to a large 14-seat wooden dining table. The main living room is on the upper level of the villa, right next to the kitchen, and has a massive 20-seat couch, a large wall mounted flat-screen TV, and lovely views looking out over the distant countryside.
East Pattaya
Situated 3 km from Sukhumvit Road, this villa is located in East Pattaya just off Soi Khaotalo and Khaonoi, in an area popular with expats. You will find a wide array of restaurants and bars with prices much lower than in the major Pattaya tourist areas. Siam Country Club Golf Club and all the main attractions on the east side of Pattaya can be visited within a 10-minute drive. The location is very private, but is also within 500 meters of the convenience stores and just over 1 km from a great selection of international restaurants and bars.
