As you enter the villa’s space you will come across the terrace with a 4x8 m, 1.7 m deep private pool with two sunbeds and a sofa for two. The pool has a waterfall as well, which creates a soothing water sound heard discreetly throughout the house. For even more privacy and lounge options, head to the balcony upstairs and lie on sunbeds while taking in green Kamala hills and the magical waterfall sound.
Coming through the door, you will find yourself in the open plan living, dining and kitchen area - modern, lean and very elegant. Behind the kitchen to the left is the 3rd bedroom and to the right is the 3rd bathroom. Straight ahead through the glass doors is a laundry room with a washer, dryer and clothes rack. Heading up the stairs, to your left is the master bedroom with balcony and straight ahead is the second bedroom. Both are large and European looking with superb furnishings, en suite bathrooms and wooden floors.
