Villa mit privatem Pool in Pattaya zum Mieten
Dieses extravagante Ferienhaus wurde kürzlich renoviert, um unsere Vorzeige-Immobilie in Jomtien zu werden. Mit unseren 12 Jahren Erfahrung in Urlaub Unterkunfts-Vermietungen wurde jedes noch so kleine Detail berücksichtigt, um das ultimative Urlaubserlebnis zu garantieren.
Die 7 Schlafzimmer umfassende Villa befindet sich in einer sicheren, ruhigen Wohnsiedlung, nur 1 Kilometer von Jomtien Beach entfernt. Das Umfeld ist frisch und grün, mit Garten und Dschungel Blick in alle Richtungen.
Durch ein automatisches Tor gelangen die Gäste zum eigenen Parkplatz. Die nachfolgende große Terrasse, mit Sonnenliegen bestückt, säumt eine Seite des 38 Quadratmeter großen Pools. Er besitzt einen integrierten Jacuzzi mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Die spezielle Garten- und Pool-Beleuchtung wird jedem Gast ein "Wow" entlocken. Ein Grillbereich und eine große Sitzfläche mit Bank, Tisch und Stühlen umgeben den Rest des Schwimmbeckens. Wandventilatoren sorgen auch tagsüber für angenehme Temperaturen.
Der offene Wohnraum ist nicht weniger beeindruckend. Das Zentrum bildet das exklusiv eingerichtete Wohnzimmer. Es bietet einen bezaubernden Blick auf den Garten und das faszinierende Lanna-Thai-Flachrelief, die maßgebende Inspiration der Baan Calypso Villa.
Der Ess- und Küchenbereich ist meisterhaft in den offenen Wohnraum integriert. Angrenzend befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer. Die restlichen vier Schlafräume liegen im Obergeschoss.
Jomtien Beach, Pattaya Umgebung
Die Baan Calypso befindet sich in einer komplett gesicherten und schön bepflanzten Villensiedlung, nur 1.000 Meter vom Jomtien Strand entfernt. Zur Sukhumvit Straße, mit den großen Einkaufszentren, sind es nur 250 Meter. Die „Unterwasserwelt“ und der „Schwimmende Markt von Pattaya“ sind nur einige der vielen nahegelegenen Attraktionen von Jomtien, Na Jomtien und Pattaya, die Gäste schnell erreichen können.
Jomtien ist bei Familien und Gruppen aufgrund der entspannten Atmosphäre sehr beliebt. Es gibt viele internationale und thailändische Restaurants, die für jeden Geschmack etwas Besonderes bieten. Dazu kommen exquisite Fischrestaurants. Das Nachtleben ist gegenüber anderen Bezirken sehr gemütlich. All dies ist nur eine kurze Fahrt von der Villa entfernt.

Alle sieben Schlafzimmer besitzen eigene Badezimmer, prachtvolles Dekor sowie Kingsize-Betten aus Teakholz von Chiang Mai und Flachbild-Fernseher. Die drei Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss sind Rollstuhl gängig und haben Zugang zum Garten. Die Master-Familiensuite befindet sich im Obergeschoss und kommt mit einem zusätzlichen Schafsofa für zwei Kinder. Diese Suite teilt sich mit dem angrenzenden Gäste-Zimmer einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool. Die zwei anderen Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss haben Sicht auf die Dschungellandschaft.Baths
Alle sieben geräumigen Badezimmer sind mit Waschbecken, Toiletten und verglasten Duschkabinen versehen. Eines der Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss hat vom Wohnzimmer einen zusätzlichen Eingang. Eine weitere Dusche befindet sich am Pool.Kitchen
Die kompakte Küche schafft mit den schwarzen Granit-Arbeitsplatten, Teak-Holz Schränken und der weißen Marmor Theke einen herrlichen Kontrast. Ein riesiger Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Herd, Backofen, Dampfabzugshaube, Wasserkocher, Toaster und kleinere Geräte gehören zu der gehobenen Ausstattung. Auf der Terrasse steht eine Grilleinheit mit Granit-Arbeitsplatte und etwas abseits befindet sich eine Waschmaschine.Living Room
Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen imponierenden Sitzbereich und ein ebenso beeindruckendes Entertainment-System. Die schwarzen Ledersofas bilden eine U-Form. Der riesige 58-Zoll-Flachbild-TV mit Surround-Sound und zahlreichen internationalen Kanälen sorgt für Unterhaltung. Eine Ecke ist mit Regalen, Schreibtisch und LAN-Internetanschluss ausgestattet. W-LAN steht im ganzen Haus zur Verfügung.Dining Room

"I am regular customer with you .. this is my second visit to your villa I was disappointed when i was charged 1000 bath for early check in .. your villa was empty and you should not charge for couple of hours early check in.. and you should change towels daily Rest all things where superb nd it was a gr8 stay." It is clear from initial booking contract that extra charges will be applied for early check in and late check out at 1/24th of the daily rate per hour. If a villa is empty as with any Hotel it does not mean you can use the premises for free. Towels are changed free of charge after two days of use it has been that way for all your visits and in our conditions as advised at booking for approaching 15 years. Extra changes are available if required at the laundry cost of about 10 baht per towel. All your complaints are against the contract at booking which you signed including the terms and conditions as a regular client of THH I am sure you were well aware of this and find your review extremely unfair and unrealistic. "One night fire alarm system started twice in the night and twice during morning hours. Nobody answered our calls to turn it off. Nobody arrived. Nobody provided us information how to turn it off. We just had to wait until it finishes. During check in, the manager arrived 25 minutes later. Despite the fact that we called and wrote in advance to arrange the checking time. The answer was "Ok-ok" but nothing changed. The washing machine was really slow. It is problematic to wash clothes for 14 people. No toilet paper refill. No 14 chairs for 14 people. Little bit far from the beach but pool is much better anyway. The rest was really great. )))"

"We were 3 families staying here for 1 week. Very happy with the place. Lots of space and nice modern furnitures and clean and proper. Great pool. Perfect kitchen. And super bedrooms for us all. The area Jomtien is soft and ok. The house is about 20 min walking from the beach. Not many restaurants nearby. But easy to find taxi outside the gates. We recommend the house for staying and have a relaxing time."

"The villa is very big and enough for 14 persons. It's beautiful and clean because of newly renovation. Two rooms at the upper floor have a connecting balcony. There are many kitchen appliances for cooking, drinking and BBQ. The internet wifi is fast. The pool is not so big but enough for us. The staff are very nice and efficient. My family and my friends appreciate my choice. Thank you Paul, Kwan and other staff. We will back soon."

"The property is one of the most amazing experience that i have enjoyed with airbnb. The bedrooms, the living room, bathrooms, the swimming pool were very clean and as per specs shown in the picture....simply awesome. The wifi was perfect and high speed. We were a group of 9 friends who visited the property from 28th Feb'2015 till 3rd Mar'2015 and we are all of the same opinion - AWESOME!! All in all a fantastic experience and would love to go there again. The only aspect that probably is not shared on the site is the additional charges for electricity beyond 100 units consumed per day. The cleanliness provided by the host as well as other services provided (paid) i.e. car service, general info was also perfect. Thank you Martin for a lifetime experience!!"
