La villa Baan Calypso 7 chambres est notre propriété signature à Jomtien, Pattaya. La terrasse possède de magnifiques installations, comme l'espace barbecue, une multitude de fauteuils, un éclairage customisé et une grande piscine avec un Jacuzzi intégré. L'intérieur est une surprenante combinaison entre le style Lanna Thai et design moderne avec de nombreux espaces afin que chacun puisse passer de formidables vacances relaxantes.
Villa avec piscine privée à louer à Pattaya
Cette villa de vacances a été rénovée récemment et elle est devenue notre carte de visite à Jomtien. En s'appuyant sur 12 ans d'expérience dans la location de vacances, chaque détail a été étudié afin de créer la propriété ultime.
Cette maison 7 chambre se trouve dans un lotissement tranquille à seulement 1 km de la plage de Jomtien. Les alentours sont frais et luxuriants, avec vue sur le jardin et la jungle dans toutes les directions.
En entrant par le portail s'ouvrant grâce à l'empreinte digitale, avec le parking à côté, vous serez impressionné par la terrasse de la piscine. La piscine est assez grande avec ses 38 m², avec de larges marches rondes et un jacuzzi intégré. Le jardin et la piscine disposent d'un éclairage customisé et conçu pour provoquer des "wow", la piscine changeant même de couleur à la nuit tombée. L'eau de la piscine peut être admirée depuis l'emplacement du barbecue avec ses plans de travail en granit et depuis le grand espace dédié aux chaises longues, aux bancs, aux coussins et aux ventilateurs puissants, l'ensemble étant personnalisé.
L'espace à vivre ouvert n'est pas moins impressionnant. Au centre se trouve le salon avec ses canapés extravagants qui accueillent confortablement tous les invités et son énorme téléviseur LCD avec installation Surround. A travers les fenêtres vous pouvez admirer le jardin et le bas relief de style Lanna-Thai qui fut l'inspiration pour la Baan Calypso.
La salle à manger et la cuisine sont splendides, avec une table 14 couverts en granit gris et ses chaises assorties faites sur mesure. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et dispose d'un comptoir pour le petit-déjeuner.
Jomtien Beach, Pattaya
Baan Calypso est située dans un lotissement complètement sécurisé à seulement 1000 mètres de Jomtien Beach, au milieu de la verdure. Elle est à 250 mètres de Sukhumvit Road (très facile d'y trouver un moyen de transport) et très proche de Underwater World, Pattaya Floating Market, des nombreuses attractions de Jomtien, Pattaya et Na Jomtien.
Jomtien est très populaire parmi les familles et les groupes recherchant des vacances tranquilles. On y trouve de nombreux restaurants thaïs et internationaux pour tous les goûts. La vie nocturne de Jomtien Beach est raisonnable et les meilleurs restaurants de fruits de mer sont facile à trouver.

Accommodation
Beds
Il y a sept chambres au total. Toutes les chambres sont conçues artisanalement et disposent d'un lit en bois king-size en provenance de Chiang Mai, une décoration sophistiquée est colorée, un téléviseur câblé et une salle de bains privée. Les trois chambres au rez-de-chaussée sont accessibles aux fauteuils roulants et offrent une vue sur le jardin. La suite familiale est à l'étage et, en plus du lit king-size, un canapé-lit peut accueillir deux enfants. La chambre principale ainsi qu'une autre partagent un balcon avec des sièges qui surplombe la piscine et la verdure environnante. Les deux autres chambres à l'étage ont vue sur la jungle.
Baths
Les sept salles de bains ont l'eau chaude, des lavabos, des toilettes et des douches vitrées. Une des salles de bains du premier étage a une double entrée avec un accès depuis le salon. Il y a aussi une douche extérieure près de la piscine.
Kitchen
La cuisine compacte comporte des plans de travail en granit noir et des placards en teck en haut et en bas ainsi qu'un bar en marbre blanc pour le contraste. Les appareils comprennent un grand réfrigérateur/congélateur, une plaque de cuisson, un four, une hotte aspirante, une bouilloire et un grille-pain. Le luxe se poursuit à l'extérieur avec un plan de travail en granit avec un barbecue intégré. Sur le côté de la terrasse, se trouve une petite buanderie avec évier et machine à laver.
Living Room
Le salon dispose d'un impressionnant espace où se poser ainsi que d'un système de divertissement tout aussi impressionnant. Les canapés en cuir noir sont disposées en forme de U, parfait pour la conversation et profiter de l'immense téléviseur 58” raccordée au satellite et avec son Surround - vous ne manquerez jamais un match lors de vos vacances. Et le soin apporté à l'insonorisation audio et thermique de chaque chambre signifie que les lève-tôt peuvent dormir paisiblement. Il y a un coin bureau dans le salon, avec des étagères et une connexion internet LAN pour compléter le Wi-Fi accessible dans toute la villa.
Dining Room
La salle à manger est tout simplement superbe, avec une table 14 couverts en granit massif gris striée saumon. Les chaises tapissées ont été spécialement conçues pour être coordonnées avec les stries du granit, et le lustre en cristal entièrement personnalisé complète l'ensemble.

"I am regular customer with you .. this is my second visit to your villa I was disappointed when i was charged 1000 bath for early check in .. your villa was empty and you should not charge for couple of hours early check in.. and you should change towels daily Rest all things where superb nd it was a gr8 stay." It is clear from initial booking contract that extra charges will be applied for early check in and late check out at 1/24th of the daily rate per hour. If a villa is empty as with any Hotel it does not mean you can use the premises for free. Towels are changed free of charge after two days of use it has been that way for all your visits and in our conditions as advised at booking for approaching 15 years. Extra changes are available if required at the laundry cost of about 10 baht per towel. All your complaints are against the contract at booking which you signed including the terms and conditions as a regular client of THH I am sure you were well aware of this and find your review extremely unfair and unrealistic. "One night fire alarm system started twice in the night and twice during morning hours. Nobody answered our calls to turn it off. Nobody arrived. Nobody provided us information how to turn it off. We just had to wait until it finishes. During check in, the manager arrived 25 minutes later. Despite the fact that we called and wrote in advance to arrange the checking time. The answer was "Ok-ok" but nothing changed. The washing machine was really slow. It is problematic to wash clothes for 14 people. No toilet paper refill. No 14 chairs for 14 people. Little bit far from the beach but pool is much better anyway. The rest was really great. )))"

"We were 3 families staying here for 1 week. Very happy with the place. Lots of space and nice modern furnitures and clean and proper. Great pool. Perfect kitchen. And super bedrooms for us all. The area Jomtien is soft and ok. The house is about 20 min walking from the beach. Not many restaurants nearby. But easy to find taxi outside the gates. We recommend the house for staying and have a relaxing time."

"The villa is very big and enough for 14 persons. It's beautiful and clean because of newly renovation. Two rooms at the upper floor have a connecting balcony. There are many kitchen appliances for cooking, drinking and BBQ. The internet wifi is fast. The pool is not so big but enough for us. The staff are very nice and efficient. "The property is one of the most amazing experience that i have enjoyed with airbnb. The bedrooms, the living room, bathrooms, the swimming pool were very clean and as per specs shown in the picture....simply awesome. The wifi was perfect and high speed. We were a group of 9 friends who visited the property from 28th Feb'2015 till 3rd Mar'2015 and we are all of the same opinion - AWESOME!! All in all a fantastic experience and would love to go there again. The only aspect that probably is not shared on the site is the additional charges for electricity beyond 100 units consumed per day. The cleanliness provided by the host as well as other services provided (paid) i.e. car service, general info was also perfect. Thank you Martin for a lifetime experience!!"
